Mike gave me PrintShop deluxe for Christmas and I am slowing learning how to use it. It is a lot of fun and I hope to do more "special" photos like this one in the near future.

New Valances & Pillows

Thank you Vicki and Marc for making it possible to do some redecorating. Although, it is probably a good thing the picture is so far away - my sewing isn't the best! I am learning and each project gets a little easier. The sewing machine works great and the fabric is really nice (go E-bay!). Thanks again!

Spring is here! The crocuses are blooming!

After a long few days of rain, it was really nice to be out in the sun (before the thunder storm rolled in that afternoon). I just love crocuses - they remind me of home where they grow wild. Here in So. Cal. we don't have wild ones (but we do have many other types of wild flowers), so these are thanks to our local nursery. If you don't have any, plant some! One teeny, tiny bulb produces 2 or 3 blooms. I had orginally only planted 10, but as you can see - they are multiplying!
