Hello everyone out there!
We've had a quite a few days here. Early last Saturday morning, Mike took Libby to the emergency room where we found out she has RSV. Praise God she didn't need to be hospitalized! She gets breathing treatments from a nebulizer before bedtime now. This is down from the 3 a day she was getting last weekend. She is feeling so much better and is into EVERYTHING. So much so that she pulled a light weight table down over, breaking a potted plant in the process. It is hard to keep up with her. But her sweetness continues. (as she smiles as she looks at me trying to get into the desk drawers). So it seems no long term effects are going to be suffered by her.
Now, on the other hand, I'm a whole different story. I haven't been able to get a full night's sleep in since the last Wednesday in January. My poor frazzled brain just does not seem able to give up control without a fight. And that is so frustrating! But I'm very thankful to have a wonderful husband, and loving friends and family to pray and care for me, even in my neurotic state. God has been very good to me and I know that He will give me exactly what I need. LOL - even if it isn't what I want!

Great to hear that Libby is better. I have taken care of RSV babies at daycares and they were just not themselves. I will keep praying for her full recovery and that there aren't long term affects later. As for you I willl keep praying for you too. Everything will be back to normal soon. Take Care
So Sorry to hear Libby has RSV. Been there done that. Seems like your kids are following our kids in the illness trend from ear infections to RSV. Glad to hear she is feeling better. Take care and hope you get some sleep.
