Luke & Basketball: Year 1

Well, with the excitement of going on a big spring break trip to Florida, I never did get the chance to update you all on Luke's first year in basketball. It finished on a high note with Luke scoring his first basket in the last period of the last game. I like finishing on top, don't you? :) Since the weather has turned nicer, he's been out shooting hoops and dribbling his ball more. I think he's improved even more since the end of the season! No, I still don't foresee an elite future in basketball for him but I'm glad he's have a great time and is learning a sport.

Now - I've got him signed up for some more "intense" swimming lessons this summer. A sport I think he's much more likely to excel in - it is also one of his favorite things to do!
